How much is shipping?
Eligible U.S. one-time orders of $50 or more qualify for free Economy shipping. For U.S. orders below $50, available rates are shown at checkout. U.S. orders placed through an eligible Subscribe & Save plan ship free. International one-time shipping rates vary by destination, shipment weight, and other order details and are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed for fulfillment within 1–5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking is provided after shipment when available.
What is the return policy?
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Buyer-remorse returns must generally be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging and require prior authorization. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery when reasonably possible. Eligibility, instructions, and refund handling are governed by our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@idrak-pharma.com. We will try to stop an order that has not entered processing or fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins. See the Refund Policy for the controlling terms.
How does IDRAK handle manufacturing, testing, and quality claims?
IDRAK discloses manufacturing, registration, certification, and testing claims only when they are documented for the relevant formula. Facility registration is not product approval or product certification. Our evidence and claim boundaries are explained in IDRAK Lab.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, it is sent after the shipment is created. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or order-status page. If you have an unresolved tracking issue, contact info@idrak-pharma.com.
Do you ship internationally?
One-time international shipping is available only to eligible destinations offered at checkout. Available destinations, methods, and rates vary by destination and shipment details. Duties, taxes, customs charges, or other import fees may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options vary by country, device, and order. The payment methods available for your purchase are displayed securely at checkout before you complete the order.

Subscription
What does Subscribe & Save include?
Subscribe & Save creates a recurring monthly order for eligible products. The applicable subscription price and discount are shown before you subscribe. Eligible U.S. Subscribe & Save orders ship free under the current subscriber shipping configuration.
How do I manage my subscription?
Manage an active subscription through your customer account or the Manage Subscription link provided in subscription communications. Available actions can include cancelling, pausing, resuming, or skipping an upcoming order.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation applies to future renewal orders that have not already been charged or entered processing. It does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund an order that has already been charged, processed, or shipped.
Is Subscribe & Save available internationally?
Subscribe & Save is currently configured for U.S. shipping. International customers can use the one-time purchase options available for eligible destinations at checkout.
