Subscription Policy

This policy explains how our Subscribe & Save program works and how you can manage or cancel a subscription.

1. How Subscribe & Save Works
Subscribe & Save is a recurring monthly subscription. Once you subscribe to a product, your payment method is charged automatically each month and a new order is placed and shipped on that schedule, until you cancel, pause, or skip an upcoming order.

2. Renewal Authorization
By subscribing to a Subscribe & Save product, you authorize Idrak Pharma to automatically charge your selected payment method on each scheduled renewal date, for the applicable subscription price, until you cancel your subscription as described in this policy.

3. Subscription Discount
Subscribe & Save orders receive a discount off the regular price. The discount percentage may vary between your first order and subsequent renewal orders, as shown at checkout and in your subscription confirmation. Any applicable discount will always be disclosed to you before you subscribe and in your order confirmation.

4. Price Changes
Subscription prices and discounts may change over time. If a change affects your subscription, we will notify you before it takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price or discount, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

5. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time, without contacting us, through your account on idrak-pharma.com, or the "Manage Subscription" link included in your subscription confirmation email and in each upcoming-order reminder email. From there, you can cancel, pause, resume, or skip an upcoming order.

6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges and shipments. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund or reverse any order that has already been charged or shipped. Each subscription shipment is treated as a separate purchase for purposes of our Refund Policy, and refund requests for a specific order are handled under that policy.

7. Pausing or Skipping an Order
You may pause your subscription temporarily or skip an individual upcoming order at any time through your account or the links described in Section 5. Pausing stops future charges until you resume; skipping affects only the next scheduled order.

8. Product Availability
If a product included in your subscription becomes unavailable, discontinued, or temporarily out of stock, we may delay the affected shipment, or cancel the affected renewal and notify you. We will not substitute a different product in your order without your consent.

9. Billing Date Adjustments
Your billing and shipment date may occasionally shift by a day or two due to weekends, holidays, or operational requirements. This does not affect the overall frequency of your subscription.

10. Failed Payments
If a scheduled subscription payment cannot be processed (for example, an expired card), we may attempt to retry the charge or notify you to update your payment method. Repeated failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or cancelled.

11. Shipping
Each subscription shipment is subject to our Shipping Policy in effect at the time it ships and is treated as an individual order for shipping purposes. Shipping charges for subscription orders are calculated based on the shipping destination and the shipping rates applicable at the time the order is processed. Customers in eligible regions may receive free shipping where offered, while subscription orders shipped to other destinations may incur standard shipping charges.

12. Abuse Prevention
Idrak Pharma reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of promotional offers, or violation of our Terms of Service.

13. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your payment method, billing information, shipping address, and contact information accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries or charges resulting from outdated or inaccurate information.

14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Subscribe & Save program. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
